I would like to give special Thanks to Mr, Fraser and Cameron for putting the McDonald Cemetery on your site.I have worked hard at getting these men and Family members as well as the recognition as vets of the war of 1812.This was the war fought on Canadian soil and was the war which allowed us to become Canadians.I am Proud to have finally come to a time and place in my life where I could get some special heroes there deserving recognition.I am not done yet there some unfinished business such as a sign at the highway and 2 new tombstones.the main thing is these McDonald boys and there contibutions as well as the cemetery they are resting in shall never be forgotten or moved or destroyed. Thanks to everyone who made this possible yous are very special people. We the little guys the working man with a little work and research can make a difference.
